He is survived by : his wife Linda of Amarillo; his son John; his daughter-in-law Dana Whaley of Amarillo; his son Jim; his daughter-in-law April Whaley of Bushland; his daughter Janna; his son-in-law Grayson Benson of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Zack, Danielle Peters, Zane, Kallie Peters, Wade Whaley, Grant Whaley, Cheyenne Benson and Averie Benson; his great grandchildren, Hazlie, Brayden Peters, Rance and Rylee Peters; and his brother Dean Harvey Whaley, Jr. of Amarillo.
