She was predeceased by : her parents, Carlos Palacios and Maria Rodriguez Palacios; her daughter Guadalupe Rios; and her siblings, Soledad Palacios and Juan Palacios, Sr..

She is survived by : her children, Rose Marie Palacios, Grace Palacios, Robert Palacios Sr. and Paul Palacios; her sister Juanita Brito; her grandchildren, Lynn Reyna St. Clair, Robert Palacios, Jr., Delvina Palacios and John Palacios Sr.; and her great grandchildren, Mariah Nicole Palacios, Mark Arroyo, Dylynn Reyna, Vicente Carrizales, Brianna Palacios, Desiree Palacios, Cynthia Portillo, Abraham Mendez, Andrew Mendez, John Palacios Jr., Kalel Palacios, Felipe Adriano, Frank Perez Pardo and Lupe Rios.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wheeler Funeral Home (612 W Jackson St, El Campo, TX 77437). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Robert's Catholic Church (512 Tegner St, El Campo, TX 77437). A burial will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Garden.
