He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Espinoza; his wife Virginia Gonzales Espinoza; and his siblings, Emma Martinez and Jose Espinoza. He is survived by: his sons, Alfred "Freddy" Espinoza (Janie), Francisco Espinoza (Martha) and Rafael Espinoza; and his sister Mary Argelia Gonzales. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
