He is survived by: his wife Celia Elizondo; his children, Leticia Arrieta (Rafael) of Victoria, Texas, Celia Patricia Goode (James) of Victoria, Texas, Jannet Shepard (Tim) of Victoria, Texas, Deeda Temple (Kevin) of Victoria, Texas, Oscar Elizondo (Rossy) of Victoria, Texas and Homero Elizondo (Marie) of Victoria, Texas; his siblings, Geronimo Elizondo, Alicia Lopez, Narciso Elizondo and Juan Elizondo; and his grandsons, Rafael Arrieta Jr., Oscar David Elizondo, Eric Lee Magaña, Eric Rene Vasquez, Nicholas Elizondo, Christopher Elizondo, Noah Shepard and Jackson Shepard.
