She was predeceased by: her parent Ynez Aguilar Ordonez; her children, Betty Ordonez, Daniel Ordonez and Greg Alverez; her son-in-law Marcello Garcia Jr.; and her siblings, Andrea Martinez, Valeriana Martinez, Belen Peña, Christina Zapata, Dominga Davila, Martin Salazar, Jesse Salazar and Jose Salazar.
She is survived by: her husband Faustino Alverez; her children, Mary Garcia of Telferner, Gracie Gutierrez (Tony) of New Braunfels, Virginia Alverez of Houston, Texas, Richard Ordonez of Huntsville, Gilbert Lopez of Victoria and Steven Alverez (Sandra) of New Braunfels, Texas.; and her sister Teresa of Michigan. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Angel Lucy's Funeral Home - Main (706 E Crestwood Dr, Victoria, TX 77901). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
