He is survived by: his wife Louise Fulton of Rose City, TX; his children, Jim Fulton of Rose City, TX, Jan Kelly (Jerry) of Vidor, TX, Diane Daigle (Jerry Don) of Rose City, TX, Sherry Valentine of Vidor, TX and Joey Fulton of Rose City, TX; his stepchildren, David Hoosier (Misty) of Magnolia, TX and Sharon Myers (Stacy) of Mont Belvieu, TX; and his brother David Fulton (Chris) of Starkville, MS. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor (1750 TX-12, Vidor, TX 77662). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at the Restlawn Memorial Park (2725 N Main St, Vidor, TX 77662).
