She was predeceased by: her parents, Abner Shoemaker and Addie Shoemaker; her husband Dayle Culwell; and her siblings, Fred Shoemaker and Delila Arterburn.
She is survived by: her children, Dian Heidler (Ron) of Las Vegas, Greg Culwell (Jill) of Vigo Park and Mike Culwell (Linda) of Wayside; and her brothers, Abner Shoemaker of Tulsa and Jerry Shoemaker of Dallas.
