Betty Ruth left this world on May 24, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemence Miguez and Elmer John Mehl, Sr.; her husband Charles William Tupper; her siblings, Elmer John Mehl, Jr. and Mary Ann Denman; and her nephew Kevin John Mehl.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jovita Gay Hilliker (Gregg) of California and Melissa Jan Parker (Mike) of Arkansas; her nephews, David Denman (Sylvia) of Texas, Robert Denman of Texas and Kyle Mehl (Crystal) of Texas; and her close friend Jackie Davis. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wildwood Community Church (5943 FM 3063, Village Mills, TX 77663). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Oak Bluff Memorial Park (618 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
