He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Dewey Billingsley and Annie Elizabeth Bond Billingsley (Lufkin); his daughter Sherri Horton; his wife Denise Billingsley; and his siblings, Richard Billingsley, Ruth Conner and LaDell Bynum.
He is survived by: his sister Ruby Lee Roberts of Katy; his brother-in-law Philippe Bentley (Myriam) of Dieulefit, France; his son John Billingsley (Peggy) of Groesbeck; his son-in-law Joe Horton (Debra) of Diboll; his grandchildren, Laura Dawley (Matthew), Andrew Billingsley, Bryce Billingsley, Sarah Johnson (Jacob), Crystal Kilgore (Lonnie), Kimberly McWhirter, Alan Horton (Jasmine) and Letha Newton (Bradley); his great grandchildren, Charleton, Faith, Sadie, Kaitlyn, Ross and Tucker; his children, Sandra Amaya (Eduardo), Albert Lott (Heidi) and Jennifer Scott (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Madison, Jacob, Savanah, Lindsay and Logan. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
