The memory of Carolyn Quin Berry Matteson of Waco, Texas, who passed away on June 9, 2025 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. George W. Berry and Mary Nelson Quin Berry; and her aunts and uncles, Dorothy "Dot" Berry, Ruth (Jim McCord), Jan (George Morris) and Harry (Betsy Quin).
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Quin Moore (Clint) and Tonya Knauth (Rick); her grandchildren, June, Katherine, Matthew Knauth, Truett and Cormac Moore; her brother George W. "Bill" Berry, Jr. (Patsy); and her nephews, Reed Berry and Brady Berry (Andrea).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Oakwood Cemetery (2124 S 5th St, Waco, TX 76706).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Meals on Wheels Waco or Alzheimer's Association Waco.
