She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. and Peggy Ann Cox (McGregor); and her children, Jackie Johnson and Michael Johnson, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Mike Johnson, Sr. of Gholson; her children, Samantha Johnson of Gholson and Jessie James Johnson of Gholson; her brother Johnny Cox of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kaeo Maddox and Emily Maddox; her aunt Mary Cox (Bob); and also Jimmy Maddox of Gholson. She is also survived by several nephews, cousins and dear friends.
