He is survived by: his daughter Ruth Bolt; his daughter-in-law Deborah Appell; his granddaughter Julie Simmon (Trey Simmon); his great grandchildren, Peyton and Madeline Simmon; and his sister-in-law Julie LeBlanc. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
