She is survived by : her husband Rick; her children, Richard Jr., Melonie, Teressa and Joshua; her stepmother Jan Thompson; her grandchildren, Baily, Jasmine, Ariel, Mark, Michael, Madison, Allen, Dorothy and Alice; and her siblings, Brian, Tina, Monica, Chris and Tammy. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
