Though Kiana has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She is survived by: her parents, Isaac Dixon and Elisa Ramirez; and her brother Austin Ramos. She is also survived by her stepbrothers; and her many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reflections by Serenity (7524 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76712). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
