She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Farmer and Henry E. Farmer, Sr.; her grandparents, Lloyd and Nellie Farmer; her uncle Johnny; her aunt Mary Farmer; her grandfather Robert E. Locke; her uncle Douglas Lock; her grandparents, Jim and Stella May; her aunt Betsy Snelson; her brother-in-law Robert Bohannan; her nephew Michael Bohannan; and her cousin Keith Betts.
She is survived by: her husband Rickey Mazza II (Rick); her sons, Rickey Mazza III (Michelle), James Mazza (Katie) and Zackery Mazza; her brothers-in-law, Chance and Shane Mazza; her great-aunt Linda Mazza Shelosky; her siblings, Larry Farmer (Kathy), Henry E. Farmer, Jr. (Lauren), Jenny Bohannan and Tracie Farmer Roe (Robert); and her siblings' children, Trish Bohannan Booth, Shelbie Taylor (Cody), Tori Roe, Zane Roe and Henry E. Farmer, III. She is also survived by numerous cousins, great nieces, and nephews.
