He was predeceased by : his parents, Narciso Florez Sr. and Librada Soto; his siblings, Teresa Florez, Juana Florez, Lydia Hammond, Charlie Florez and Roland Florez; and his grandson Michael Telles.

He is survived by : his brother Johnny Joe Florez (Rhonda); his son Orlando; his daughter-in-law Eduvelia Florez; his grandsons, Aiden and Gavin Florez; his son Angelo; his daughter-in-law Michelle Florez; and his grandchildren, Matthew Telles and Angelina Florez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, Godchildren, and countless "adopted children".
