He is survived by: his wife Debbie Colwick; his sister Linda Chandler (David); his children, Laura Mooneyham (Rob) and Michael Colwick (Michelle); his grandchildren, Tessa Mooneyham, Ally Mooneyham, Lilly Mooneyham, Hunter Colwick, Kate Colwick and Mady Colwick; his stepsons, Chip McCarter, Patrick McCarter and Ben McCarter; and his grandson Jack McCarter V. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
