He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Rickerson Mock; his wife Gabby Daley; his children, Macy Fredericks (Jamie), Vernon Weatherford, Jr. (Maddy) and Charles Daley (Kelsey); his siblings, Toni Penvose (Brian), Tonya Chavous (Jeremy), Tina Weatherford Claudia (Julio), Lynn Rodriguez, Amanda Craig and David Rickerson; and his grandchildren, Madilyn and Payton Fredericks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
