He was predeceased by : his parents, Maxine Sengelmann Miller and William J. "Billy" Miller, Sr. of Waelder, Texas.; and his sister Lorraine McHugh. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Elliott; his daughters, Susan (Kevin Schields) and Stacy (Brian Good); his grandson Jake Miller Good; his niece Kathy Snider (Alan); his nephew Robert McHugh (Karen); his brother-in-law Bill Elliott (Gayle Unruh); and his cousins, Ginna Bullock (Charles), Bo Miller (Sharon Reed) and Suzanne Maeker (Kenwood).
