He was predeceased by : his parents, Juan H. Conde, Sr. and Maria Margarita Danache Conde. He is survived by : his wife Graciela Araiza Conde; his children, Celina Rebecca (P. J.), Marco Antonio, Marissa Adriana, Debbie and Suzie; his grandchildren, Emilio (Courtney), Enrique, Rebeca "Iza", Samantha, Benicio, Anissa, Julissa "Juli" and Mila; his brother Carlos Conde, Sr. (Macksyne); his nephew Carlos Conde, Jr.; and his nieces, Carla and Carmela. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1206 E 9th St, Austin, TX 78702). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
