He was predeceased by : his parents, Truman Lee and Essie Jewel Shields Hall; and his wife Ruby Kaylene Hall. He is survived by : his children, Dennis Hall (Rita) of Walnut Springs, Arlene Morris (Terry) of San Angelo and Kelly Smith (J. C.) of San Angelo. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; number of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Arnold's name to a Veterans charity of choice.
