It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Atkins of Waskom, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Noble James Atkins, Sr. and Dorothy Stow Atkins; and his sister Barbara Huffhines. He is survived by : his wife Jo Donna; his children, Joshua Shon King (Crystal), Amanda Jo Ponder (David) and Robert Jeffrey Atkins; his grandchildren, Paige, Matthew, Brittany, Skylar, Robert Ehren, Madeleine, Jeremiah and Marguerite Jo; his great grandchildren, Miley and Lawson; and his brother Noble James Atkins, II (Edie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
