She is survived by : her children, James Larkin Akers (Toni) of Crittenden, KY, Karen Leigh Warner (Akers), Lauren Cea Haygood (Akers) and Kright Bee Akers (Tammy) of Baton Rouge, LA; her grandchildren, Joshua Larkin Akers of Waskom, TX, Bryan Andrew Warner of Forest, VA, Henry Hunter Hargett of San Diego, CA, Shawna Rachel Akers of Ashville, NC, Gretchen Hall Payne (Akers) of Baton Rouge, LA, Vanessa Leigh Warner of Troy, VA, Amanda Lee Hargett of Bakersfield, CA and Jessica Anne Litchford (Warner) of Forest, VA; and her stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Amy of Houston, TX and Samantha Akers of Ruston, LA. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
