He is survived by: his wife Beverly H. Foard; his grandchildren, Erin Foard (David Mire), Michelle Foard (Caleb Huff), David Foard (Miranda) and Faith Foard; his great grandchildren, David R. Foard Jr., Kathryn Foard, Andrew Foard and Elena Foard; and his siblings, Robert Foard and Saundra Galloway.
