It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Cole of Waxahachie, Texas, who passed away on December 11, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lawhon and Pearl Lawhon; her spouse Alva Cole; and her daughters, Carolyn Cole and Gail Nash.
She is survived by: her daughters, Louise Mathers (Johnny), Ann Sillavan (Jackie) and Judy Flores (Steve). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Waxahachie Funeral Home (1201 US-287, Waxahachie, TX 75165). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
