Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joe leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Harmon and Fannie Harmon; his wife Mary Frances Evans; his daughter Vickie Beene; his grandson Kevin Harmon; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Riley Dutile, Krew Hodge and Kize Harmon.
