She is survived by : her parents, Johnny Slade and Vanessa Slade; her brothers, Jacob and Noah Slade of Waxahachie; her grandparents, Max, Karen Smith of Waxahachie, Patricia, John White of Henderson and Ronald Slade of Red Oak; and her great-grandparents, John and Gloria Hodge of Waxahachie. She is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
