He was predeceased by : his parents, Preston Hamilton and Ruth Hamilton; his daughters, Tracey Hamilton and Marlee Lovell; and his grandchildren, Cole, Jacob Schaefer and Everlee Jean Lovell.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Midlothian Funeral Home (200 E Ave East, Midlothian, TX 76065).

In a fitting tribute, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's hospital.
