He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sullivan and Anna Manwarring Sullivan; his wife Nelda Myrle Bishop Sullivan; and his son James Lee Sullivan. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Robert "Bob" Sullivan (Tracy) of Arizona, James David Sullivan of Weatherford, John C. Sullivan Jr. of Dallas and Anthony A. Sullivan (Julie) of Mesquite; and his daughter-in-law Sabrina Penny of Graham. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of loving family and friends.
