He is survived by : his children, Stephen Murphy Newberry, Jr., Vicky Hill, Eric Newberry (Cori) and Jason "Opie" Newberry (Jeannie); and his sister Jacqueline Phelps. He is also survived by many grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
