Amelia Flores Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Amelia Flores of Houston, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 26, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Sr. Trevino and Ursula Trevino; her children, Norma Garcia and Raul Flores Jr.; and her brothers, Lorenzo Trevino Jr. and Benito Trevino.
She is survived by: her husband Raul Flores Sr.; her sons, Alfredo Flores, David Flores (Laura) and Robert Flores (Ana); her siblings, Delia (George Romo Sr.), Elva (Lorenzo Vasquez) and Robert Trevino (Chavela); and her sister-in-law Manuela. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
