Visitation was held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (304 N 2nd St, Haskell, TX 79521). A memorial service was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Beginnings Church (3015 Hwy 6, Rochester, TX 79544).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in the name of Leonard Mahan Jr. to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
