She was predeceased by : her siblings, Harvie Price, Vickie McCulloch and Norma Dee McKelvy. She is survived by : her parents, William Newton and Josephine Toten Price; her spouse David M. Baumgardner; her children, Juliana Moore of Wiesbaden, Germany and Joe Baumgardner; her sister Joyce Rene Bettis; her sister-in-law June Price of Clarendon; and her grandchildren, Tate, Caleb, Will, Sara, Luke and Cooper Baumgardner.
