He was predeceased by: his mother Charlesreen Bolton; his wife Tawanna Kennedy; and his son Jackie Lee Starkey. He is survived by: his children, Tanya George (Jared) of Perryton, Charles Jay Kennedy, Jr. of Amarillo, Tiffany Needham of Oklahoma City, Wesley Kennedy (Jen) of Abbotsford, BC and Destiny Clark of Higgins; and his siblings, Shawn Kennedy and Sherideen Thomas of Wellington. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
