He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Lively and Ilene Woodyard Lively; his siblings, Dean, Wayne Lively and Sharon Critchlow; his grandson Drake Carson; and his great grandchild Presli Spielbauer.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Horton of Amarillo; his children, Paige Carson of San Antonio and Hank Lively of Albuquerque; and his stepdaughters, Dena Hanke (Mark) of Amarillo, Michelle Patrick (Doug) of Lockhart, TX and Crystal White (Tim) of Lubbock. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorials be made to the Wellington Home Delivered Meals program.
