She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Earl and Gladys Irene Rainer Richards; and her husband Bill Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Andy Lowe and Susan Langley (Randy) of Wellington; and her grandchildren, Taylor Swann (Ben) of Frisco, TX, Zach Lowe of Dallas, Eddie Hall (Christine) of Caddo Mills, TX, Kristen Osborne (Mike) of Tavares, FL, Marcie Orr (Matt) of Wellington and Vanessa Langley of Dallas. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, and many special friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the North Fairview Cemetery.
