She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy D. Gilbert and Nellie M. Duckworth Gilbert; her grandchildren, Travis Lee and Angel Ranell; and her siblings, Clifton, Charles, Lynn, Pat and Sharon.
She is survived by: her siblings, Euvion Browning of Childress, Frances Harrington of Sherman and Jimmy Gilbert (Nelda) of Plainview; her children, Calvin Lockhart of Fritch, Faron Lockhart of Wellington and Doris Wilbur of Wellington; her grandson Kye O'Hair; her great grandchild Zayden of Amarillo; and her caregivers, Tina Howard and Molly Castillo. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (901 Bowie St, Wellington, TX 79095).
The family suggests that memorials be made to the First Methodist Church of Wellington, 901 Bowie St. or the Wellington Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 321, both in Wellington, TX 79095.
