It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Hefner of Wells, Texas, who passed away on May 24, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Minnie Cheatom (Seymore) and Vernon Cheatom; and her son Ricky Hefner. She is survived by : her husband Robby Hefner, Sr. of Wells; her children, Robby Hefner, Jr. (Laurie) of Lufkin, Rhonda Hefner Smith of Lufkin and Gina Nicks (Jeff) of College Grove, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Natalie (Trey Jansing), Haley (Bryce Miller), T. C. (Trista Smith), Hannah Smith, Jessi Smith, Wes (Kapri Bridwell) and Rachel Nicks; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Brooks, Finley, Coy, Emma, Blayton and Harper; and her siblings, Sue Giammalva (Charles) of Houston, Charles Andrew Cheatom (Edie) of Conroe and Jessie Pitts (Clara) of Plantersville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
