She is survived by: her children, Ruben Valdez of San Antonio, Yolanda V Cortez (Robert) of Houston, Robert Valdez (Terry) of Weslaco and Ruby Lopez of Weslaco; her grandchildren, Kate Lopez of Weslaco, Brittny Valdez of Weslaco, Robert Cortez Jr. of Houston, Cynthia Barajas (Anthony) of Houston, Michael Cortez (Desiree) of Houston, Ricardo Valdez (Rosa) of San Antonio, Raquel Hernandez (Jose) of San Antonio, Ruben Valdez Jr. of San Antonio, Sandi Diperro (Chris) of Phoenix, Raymie Barrios (Walter) of Progreso, Aileen Arriaga (Anthony) of San Antonio and Rebecca Martinez (Rene) of San Antonio; her great grandchildren, Robbie, Shelby, Easton Valdez, Cameron Cortez, Christian, Ryan, Aiden Barajas, Rocky, Rambo, Rolando, Dahlia Barrios, Alyssa and Ashley Valdez; her brother Roberto Cavazos (Belen) of Weslaco; and her siblings-in-law, Amado Valdez of Donna, Adolfo Manuel Valdez (Cecilia) of Weslaco and Raquenel Morales. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
