It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ann Lofton of Weslaco, Texas, born in League City, Texas, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burton and Grace Burton; her husband Bruce Edward Lofton; and her sons, Shane and Mark Jon.
She is survived by: her children, Mernie Lofton, Terrance (Franni) and Timothy (Karla); her daughter-in-law Mary Jane; and her grandchildren, Jacob Matlock, Danette Jimenez (Humberto), Jeremiah Lofton, Nancy Ciamiano (Shawn), Melissa Burkett (Ryan), Jessica Lofton, Andy Sequera (Grace), Eric Martinez (Lily), Jason Lofton, Bryan Lofton and Katelynn Lofton. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
