She is survived by: her husband Wallace William Kelly; her children, Nathan Kelly (Charlotte) and Kristi Lowery; her grandchildren, Shawn Lowery, Robert Lowery, Tyler MacAllister, Judge Kelly and Aisley Kelly; and her siblings, Sharon Richey, Margaret Dukes, Lou Ellen Snell, Don Paul, Roy Paul, Roxanna Thiebaud and Janet De Jean. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
