She was predeceased by : her parents, John Leglend and Edna Leglend; her siblings, Betty Carratti, Linda Leglend, Kathy Ryan, Starlene Ryan, Donald Weaver and Rodger Terry Leglend; her stepdaughters, Mary Elizabeth Reichert and Sandy Stapp; and her grandsons, Ronald Reichert and Jerry Stapp.
She is survived by : her husband Rev. Harold E. Williams of West Columbia, TX; her children, Rev. Timothy R. Kelley (Dana) of Oakdale, LA, Angela K. Contreras (Noel) of Humble, TX and Kellie A. Bowman (Grant) of Crowley, TX; her stepson Harold E. Williams, Jr. (Ronnah) of Clute, TX; and her siblings, Robert Leglend and Carol Steiner. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
