She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Velma Beaumier and Louis Beaumier; her brother Louis Beaumier, II; her husband Herbert Elliott (Sug); her daughters, Mary Katharine Authenrieth (Alan) of West Columbia, Connie Garner (Mark), Brazoria, Penne Mayer of Beaumont, Bika Mena Fernandez of Bolivia and Catherine Bert of France; her grandchildren, Josh Autenrieth (Sara), Matt Autenrieth (Jenna), Colin Garner (Morgan), Andrew Garner (Allie), Madison Fritsch (Jake) and Christopher "Connor" McClain; her great grandchildren, Drake, Gage Autenrieth, Zoey, Emily Autenrieth, Grayson and Whitley Garner; her sister Sireta Michalak of Bastrop; and her sister-in-law Carol Beaumier of San Antonio. She was also cherished by Nieces, nephews, cousins & beloved friends.

In lieu of flowers, Katharine would be honored by memorial donations to Texas Cowboy Church in Orchard, Texas at PO Box 1463, Rosenberg, TX 77471.
