She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Kuykendall and Virginia Kuykendall. She is survived by : her husband Robert Levi Sr.; her children, Robert Levi Jr. and Melissa Levi; and her siblings, Vincent, Michael, Harold, Christi and Lisa. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
