He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Grant Tipps and Mattie Pearl Bone; and his daughter Spring Lalette Ferguson (Lana Tipps). He is survived by : his sons, Lester Paul Tipps Jr. Sweeny (Tammy) and Brian Lee Tipps (Darlene); and his great grandchildren, Travis Tipps (Ashleigh), Brandon Tipps (Molly), Heather Nicole Tipps, Dru Lee Ann Tipps, Dustin Ferguson (McKinzee), Justin Ferguson (Cayla), Keith Ferguson (Kalley), Hailey Allen and Emily Allen. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
