Gregurek; her sons, Philip Jr. (Donna), Paul David (Kelly) and Mark Alan (Evette); her grandchildren, Philip Matthew Gregurek (Tabitha), Christopher Gregurek (Stephanie), Jayson Gregurek (Jessica), Yvonne McKnight (Brandon), David Lee Gregurek, Jeremy Yearout (Samantha), Chais Yearout (Liz), Julia Stock, Cody Filipp and Cord Filipp; and her great grandchildren, Zachary Philip Gregurek, Bradley Gregurek, Laynee Gregurek, Wyatt Gregurek, Connor Gregurek, Dakota Gregurek, Harper Gregurek, Damon McKnight, Emma Yearout and Ella Yearout. She was also cherished by her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
