It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramido Escobar of West Columbia, Texas, born in El Campo, Texas, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelita Rivera and Ramond Escobar; his grandparents, Marcos, Angelita Escobar, Modesto and Elida Rivera; his son Ramiro Ray Escobar; his brother Freddie Escobar; his nephew Frederick Escobar; his great-niece Mackenzie Warner; and his brother-in-law Arthur Aranda.
He is survived by: his children, Juan C. Escobar (Patricia) and Celia Gonzalez-Escobar (Andy Gonzalez); his grandchildren, Rosslynn Escobar (Miguel Palomo), Ray Escobar, Xavier Cantu (Kelsie), Billy Hilsinger, Andrew Hilsinger, Saphyra Escobar, Ramiro Ray Escobar, Ramona Escobar, Gabriel Escobar Gonzalez and Nathaniel Escobar Gonzalez; his great grandchildren, Miguel Angel Palomo, Elina Palomo and Rylie Cantu; and his sisters, Mary Garcia (Alex), Rosa Aranda and Deanna E. Resendez (Justo).
