The memory of Mary Ann Hutyra (West, Texas), who passed away on October 13, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Marek and Mary Marek (Dvorak); her son David Hutyra; her son-in-law Samuel David Stewart; her grandson Colby Hutyra; and her siblings, Edmund Marek, Frankie Marek, Helen Smith, Aline Kaluza and Leona Kral.
She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Hutyra; her children, Doris Stewart of West, Johnny Hutyra (Michelle) of West and Joy Hutyra; her grandchildren, Heather, Jeremy Lightfoot, Nichole Andrews, Samantha Stewart, Chris Hutyra, Keith Hutyra, Derek Hutyra and Brianna Hutyra; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Landry Lightfoot, Avery Andrews, Addison Hutyra and Colby Burton; and her siblings, Edwin Marek (Rosalie) and Shirley Willenborg (Jackie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel (808 S Reagan St, West, TX 76691). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (303 S Harrison St, West, TX 76691).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Volunteer Ambulance Association.
