She was predeceased by : her parents, David Garza and Maria Garza; and her brothers, Elutario, Luciano and Paul.

She is survived by : her husband Ascension Quintanilla; her son Craig; her daughters-in-law, Rosemary (Eric) and Emily; and her siblings, Janie Gonzales, Lydia Vasquez, Leo and David Garza.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (2011 Briar Ln, Wharton, TX 77488). A rosary was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (3511 E Alabama Rd, Wharton, TX 77488).
