He is survived by : his daughter Kayley (Hazen); his mother Debbie Walker Mayfield; his siblings, James Mayfield and Jennifer Holley (Beau); his father John Mayfield (Penny Mayfield); his sisters, Carrie Espanet (Tye) and Casey Hege (Kyle); his grandfather John Walker; his aunts, Barb (Tommy), Connie (Bruce) and Amy (Lisa); his pets, Lucy and Ethel; and also, Brittany and Adriana. He is also survived by cousins, nieces & nephews.
